Shipping Charges:

• We offer free shipping on all orders over PKR 5,000. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of PKR 200 applies.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

• For your convenience, we offer COD services across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Order Confirmation:

• After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email or SMS with your order details. If you don't receive this, please check your spam folder or contact our customer support.

Delivery Areas:

• We deliver to all major cities and towns in Pakistan. If you're in a remote area, delivery might take a bit longer. We'll inform you if there are any expected delays.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking number. You can use this to check the status of your delivery on our courier partner's website.

Undelivered Packages:

• If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will try again. If the package remains undelivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us. We'll contact you to arrange a reshipment or refund.
