Exchange Policy

At Shoesense Handcraft, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, please keep the following in mind:

  • Exchange Window: You have 2 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange.

  • Condition of Items: We can only accept items that are unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition. Please ensure all tags are still attached. Items without tags or that show signs of wear cannot be exchanged.

  • Proof of Purchase: Please bring your original receipt or proof of purchase when requesting an exchange.

  • Product Categories: This policy applies to all our footwear, including casuals, slippers, loafers, Peshawari sandals, and premium chapals.

  • How to Initiate an Exchange: Visit our store within the 2-day period with the item and your receipt. Our team will assist you in finding a suitable replacement.

Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item doesn't meet the above conditions.
